Dinner Time

We literally have marinated chicken and lots of veggies every night mostly because thats whats easiest and healthy. But I've been feeling bad for Dayton and am trying to switch it up and make things different and relatively healthy.

First up,

Cajun inspired. This was spicy and filling.

Chicken noodle soup:
Getting pretty fast at this bad boy. It used to take me like two hours. The key to mine is lots of ginger. My moms good tip for her chicken noodle soup. oh and EGG noodles! Once I used real noodles and its was not the same. I'm sure everyone knows that but I found out the hard way.

Tin Foil Dinners:
I cut up veggies (Carrots, celery, zucchini, onions), drizzled Wortchershire sauce, used a 1/2 lb of beef from left overs from the dirty rice and was enough for the two of us popped it in the oven took a shower and ate. Quick!

Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps.
I know crock pots are so easy but I try avoid them because they usually are a pain to clean but this was delicious! It was super spicy and we were sniffling the whole time haha

4 home made dinners in one week?! Im pattin' myself on the back BIG time.
