I'm half writing this and half sobbing while watching the Biggest Loser. So if there are more grammatical errors than normal, forgive me! The other week we were getting ready to leave the house so Winnie grabbed her little shopping cart and pushed it towards the front door. "Ok not this time Winnie! Next time we'll take your cart!" And we did!
I was so excited pulling into Target. My voice was so high pitched the entire time. I swear the second your first baby is born you immediately get that screeching shrill when you talk to your kid(s). It doesn't go away and I actually think its only gotten worse now that she's learning and I cheer her on more for every new thing she grasps! I couldn't do handle how cute she was! She felt so big and had a little strut pushing her cart along. She would get distracted while she was in the middle of the road so she needed a little bit of pushing and dragging. All the Grandma's and Mom's loved it! I feel like I have to give a full disclosure. Not even 10 minutes in to our shopping trip I had to go grab an actual Target cart and we piled her baby cart in so I could get what I needed. But it was cute while it lasted. I love being a mom so much. I watched Winnie scoot along with her cart and I kept thinking, she's mine?! Anytime we do something other than stay at home and especially when it's a little bit fun for her and not just running "Mommy errands" I feel like the best mom. haha I love having a little pal with me all day. Whether it's reading the same 5 books 40 times in a row, dancing in our living room, or just following her around cleaning up her messes. Enough sappy stuff and no "I love being a Mom" tangents. So here, pictures!
^Oh, that didn't last long. I quickly learned to just hold my purse after she sprinted away from her cart/purse.
She's so darling. I totally get you when you say you just stop and realize she's yours. Its the best!
