I think the title of this post describes Valentines Day this year perfectly.
So Bri and I decided to do a combined Valentines day dinner at our apartment! We made stuffed shelled pasta, home made sauce, broccoli, garlic bread, and cupcakes.
I attempted to make probably my most complicated dinner I've ever made, but it turned out to be relatively easy now that its done, and I actually didnt butcher this one! I tend to not really follow directions and just add random amounts of spices. You know how chefs just know what to put in, thats me?
Stuffed Ricotta shells
Authentic Italian dinner? Who cares. Dayton is excited because he LOVES LOVE.
Yummy strawberry cupcakes from Bri!
So Bri brought a table since we don't have one and just thought we could sit on the floor + eat. Um it was a little tall but we improvised haha
hahaha my AC unit needs to stop being massive.
He's perfect ;)
It may look like a mess, but I'm gonna pat myself on the back for this dinner.
Didn't exactly know how much the receipe would make, I ended up having so much left overs so we had Jake and Kenny come over to eat our left overs then I gave away our other pan.
It was kind of a rowdy Valentines Day but I really loved it. We had so many of our friends we love around and got to feed poor Jake and Kenny haha tonight is more Dayton and I's Valentines Day. I'll post about that later I have a husband that needs cuddling and some lovin' anddddd Seinfelds on.
