MERRY CHRISTMAS

Woohoo! Christmas seriously comes faster and faster each year. I feel like alot has happened since my last post here's a little summary:

-Started running and realized how much I missed it! [my max is 5 miles non stop! this is a BIG accomplishment for me]

-Got sick with the stomach flu this past week but with a boyfriend that is constantly checking up on me its not so bad :)

-Christmas shopping. Proud of my purchases this year!

-Bon fires

-Dayton has been working for UPS for the season and let me tell you....I was really not enjoying because I miss being with him through out the day but this last Friday was his last day so I'm a happy camper!

-Work: cleaning houses with my favorite bride to be Erika, babysitting for whoever calls, receptioning at the chiropractors, [I've been so blessed with work lately and as cheesy as it sounds I feel its a direct gift from tithing!]

-Attempting to plan Erika's bachlorette party Never planned something like this before so its allllll very new but so exciting! [Her wedding is in 3 almost 2 weeks! uhh I need to get going! stresses me outtttt]

-Got a brazillian blow out. A new and healthier way to chemically straighten your hair. Seriously I love it. I naturally have curly frizzy hair that is not cute. But with the brazillian blowout I am able to hop out of shower and my hair is completely straight... Thanks Tanya! Watch a little video of how they do it here. It lasts about 12 weeks and it costs $150 but I'm trading Tanya babysitting for it!

So right before Dayton and I went to our single's ward Christmas party his mom got a few pictures of us by the christmas tree in our not so Holiday sweaters....uh mine was like fourth of July and Dayton's was just an ugly sweater that his Gpa still wears soo funny! haha

I also have to blog about my MERRY CHRISTMAS purchase to myself. Okay so literally everyone at work, all the girls, dayton,and other random people knew how obsessed I became with these pants from [Anthropologie]. The second I saw them I honestly was in love. They're green, but a really pretty, unique green, and literally the softest pants I've ever touched. haha The only reason I didnt buy on sight was the price tag. $168. And as much as I've been working, work isn't super consistent and I've got bills! So I waited to buy them and honestly went to the store 5 times to try them on I showed Dayton how cute they were but I still just couldnt bring myself to buy them. I went online this past week and saw they had gone down to 89!!! [haha am I really sitting here blogging about pants??] So I went to the store and saw that most shirts, i thought were 25% off the last ticketed price. Ran to get my pants in my size, tried them on, and continued to shop a little. Okay fastforward aton and I found out that they went down to 65 due to the additional 25% off! Is that a deal or what?! haha I'm so gay but really I cant tell you how happy I was/AM. I'm trying not to wear them everyday because they are green and noticeable but they're just so cute and I'm so happy I waited to buy them. Okay enough with this little ramble.

So Christmas for Dayton and I is simple this year. We decided 20 bucks for presents because we want to make a trip to Disneyland in Jan/Feb! We havent exchanged presents yet but I got him some cute shirts from PacSun and he's been super excited about my present. I got a text the other morning from him: "I think its safe to say that I'm more than excited for you to see your present!" I didn't even tell him what I want :) I'll definitely update on what I got. His family got me a really cute red blanket and pillow [I snagged his Seattle Seahawks blanket and sleep with it every night, which leaves him without a blanket! haha He's been begging for it back] the blanket also included a Texas Roadhouse gift card. I told him that my mom lovesss Texas Roadhouse and I cant wait to take her! hahah totally kidding of course. I cant wait for that date night :)

p.s. Aaron Saager, Haleigh's boyfriend, got his long awaited mission call to the San Diego mission! He leaves Feb. 9th [ahhh soooo soon]. He has been such a good example for haleigh and they have been so strong together! It will be very sad when he leaves but a time for Hal to grow and wooo hoo she gets 2 years of girl time! hahah
